What color will the marking smoke be? How were they dropped? from the plane itself or dropped by hand?

I think there will be 4, and they will be launched by wing hard points.

Color & duration? -shrugs-

-Edit-

This MUST be the version we will be getting, might not be that useless.

Fi 156 F or P - Counter insurgency version. Identical to the C-3 with machine guns in side windows and bomb-racks/smoke laying. (produced in 1942)

The Fi 156F or P was a Police or anti-Partisan version of the aircraft, armed with small bombs and forward firing machine guns. (!!!!)

"The Fieseler Fi 156F or P (for Police) was a version of the Storch designed for internal security and anti-partisan activities. It was similar to the Fi 156C-3, but carried two Rost 24 SD 2/XI bomb racks, one on each wing, mounted just beyond the wing struts. Each of these racks could carry 24 SD 2 fragmentation bombs that could be dropped in batches of four or in a single long salvo. The P may also have carried two MG 15 machine guns mounted on either side of the cabin, as well as a loudspeaker system designed for psychological warfare. The service record of this variant is unclear, although it may have been used by the SS during the Jewish uprising in the Warsaw ghetto in 1944."

WHAT???  I don't think so.    :headscratch:

I've found pictures from where they mounted 3/50kg bombs, but no smoke bomb/grenade mounts yet.  The hard points are the undercarriage and the end of the wing struts.

Good call.  I didnt pay too much attention to the # of rounds in the counter.

25 smoke rounds????  Holy Schmoly!  That could have been for testing purposes only though.  We'll have to wait and see when the final version comes out.

It will make sneak attacks real easy with only one stork you could cover a whole field in smoke. (If the smoke works like the tank smoke that is)

Hopefully they incorporate some way to give the spotter a few perks. Kinda hoping they make it like a whole new class so I can be top spotter. :D  :airplane:
And for everyone that doesnt like it I think it is going to be awesome!

What would the perks be for? A perked scout that really doesn't need a perk-price?
You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

Might put it under GV points since your dealing with GV's in general or bomber points since you would in a way be bombing something.
