Apparently there is no 24 hour monitoring. You'd think they would throw a few free accounts out there just to make sure somebody is watching in the off hours in case something like this happens and could light the Skuzzysignal.

where's the "mods"when you need them?? seems the mods only know how to filter and ban the text buffer but can't inform hitech of these kinds of problem...
