Forgive this question though I'm on the road. I've never heard of the P-51H. What are the specs and history? I'm primarily a Pony driver. Just wondering if I need to drop my 321BAR style press for the P-61 and shift to this Pony H.

The 2000 vote shortly proceeded the decision from HTCs to only include aircraft that saw combat and unit-sized strength (full production) deployment with combat units.  It hasn't been around as long as Aces High, but it has been around for over a decade.

The A-8 was introduced while Ah was still in Beta (end of 1999), and I think the last update was when AH went 2.0 (actually a bit before that in one of the pre 2.0) betas.

What would have happened had the the P-51H won that vote and it made it in?  What would have HiTech done after he decided to do the current inclusion system, simply removed it?

The list was HTC's, not mine, thus I have to assume that they considered it a valid contender.  That may have changed, but it was seen as such at one point.

I'd expect more like ENY 5 and 100 perks.
