I thought about the wife too Shuffler, but after we said what we wanted she would stand there looking at her watch waiting for the 24 hours to end. Better to be shot out of a cannon.

My choices would depend greatly on if that invincibility came with a side order of no pain.  I see a difference in being just invincible and not feeling any pain while invincible; kind of like being immortal with or without eternal youth.
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

Yeah the thought crossed my mind. Your last sentence also reminded me of an old Tales from the Crypt comic about a man dying from cancer. He sought out a gypsy witch and got her to cast a spell of immortality on him. The final frame of the comic had police and army forces fighting an enormous cancerous blob creature.

Be careful what you wish for. ;)

I have a few scores to settle that I told people I would never forget about. One involves a so called friend but I sorta like the taking out of dictators thing. Just have the military get me close so I can HALO free fall from a passing C-17 without the chute and lets see where we go from there. Oh and bring along at least one dude to help carry some extra ammo. We can all dream can't we.

As a corollary, you cannot be moved if you don't want to, nor can you feel pain.  Everything else is normal and after precisely 24:00:0.000 time has passed everything returns to normal in an instant.

By 'normal' I mean that you lose your invincibility, nothing else changes.  If the cops are after you then the cops are after you.  Regardless, that's just mean; cops are people, too.
