I would kick my sons arse up around his shoulders if he ever pulled a knife on someone. Just remember that what goes around comes around and I hope no one sticks you when you least expect it.

Believe it or not, your school years are just a blink of the eye compared to the rest of your life. But in that short time you're laying the foundation for who you'll be for the rest of your life. Don't waste these years worrying about silly stuff like hugs and holding hands. It means nothing in the big scheme of things. Just do your work and get through school the best you can.

And when you get out of there and move on , you probably won't see 99% of those school friends ever again. So please keep that blade in your pocket, or better yet at home. If you think school sucks, drive by the local state prison sometime. Gladiator school ain't no joke. If you screw up and get sent there you'll be praying to GOD that they do have a policy against showing affection.

:rofl :rofl

but you know whats sad.... I never really believed anyone when they told me this, but now I have 38 days left in my high school career and I am wishing I had done less stupid, more intelligence. less bullying and more love. This senior year for me has been more real world educational then book educational just because at my school senior year is your year, your make your schedule, you do as you please, but consequences are still swift and hard. you dont like? Heres the door, dont let it hit you on the way out. I remember back in 9th grade I was busted for selling weed. I made a joke of it then because it was "cool" to do. now looking back and being a certified EMT, I realize just how stupid it was. I look at my high school transcript, and kick myself in the bellybutton because I was denied the one school I wanted in to.

Stealth, I don't know what grade your in, but take what uptown said with a grain of salt. I reckon your a junior or senior which means you arent far behind me, but it always seems a peers insight means more then a grumpy old man who doesnt know the first thing about living, right?

And to Ripley, not looking to start things, but look at my posts here. my grammar, spelling and mechanics are sh*t. anything school related or something I should be serious on, I use the best grammar spelling and mechanics I can muster. I hope Stealth is the same.

Short and simple school is getting worse and worse. My school bans hugging, doing so will result in 2 days of out of school suspension. Yet I bring a pocket knife to school, swing it around at some boy who has tighter jeans then my sister and I don't even get the angry eye by the teachers.

In fact the only person in my school that isn't a student who makes sense, is my bloody language arts teacher. He's a retired army dude with tattoos all over his body and he's the only intelligent person around. Now I consider that just sad. Every other adult either was lonely as a child or ate paint chips as a kid, and grew up with the mindset that if you loose your V-Card before age 18 your worthless.

I hate school, the only nice thing is that "nice" girls go their to make me feel happy.(very happy)

School bans friendship-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gFP_kprL6I

Now what do you think?(this is your time to make jokes about me since this is a school topic, they better be funny)

You Brought a Knife to school? Are you crazy?

And you're complaining you can't hug?

Dude, leave the knife at home (better yet, thow it the heck out until you understand why thats a stupid, stupid idea)

And hug all the chicks you want, just either not in school or dont get caught ;)

That being said I agree banning pda in schools is silly, but so is bringing a weapon to school post columbine era. (which was when I was in school)  That stuff can get you in serious trouble.

Edit: Content was a bit harsh.

My older brother's class, or at least a few of them, wrote their graduation year 1980, in 20 feet letters with gasoline on the football field.  Then of course they lit it, so the numbers were scorched into the football field for the graduation ceremony (which happens on the football field).  To this day, if you ask my brother if he was in on it, he just smiles and asks, "Does that sound like something I would do?"

To pull off the prank we did our senior year you'd need access to a crane.  :rock

A classmate of mine was the son of a guy who own a excavation company. We took a boulder about 4' tall by about 10' across and set it in front of the school doors. Next morning no one could get in the front doors. I still laugh when I think about how that kids dad came up there and kicked his son's arse all the way across the school parking lot. Turned out his dad had to pull the crane from a state job he was about to start that day, in order to go more this big arse rock. He wasn't a happy camper.  :uhoh

nothing I did would be considered a prank, bringing a knife was a daily thing, fighting, being just an overall salamander, to the students, the teachers,

I had a "boom box" I would sit in the back of the class and play music, the teacher would tell me to turn it off, I just turned it up louder, one class I punched the chalk board and shattered it....getting laid on the school grounds....basically spreading hate and anger,...ya I was a messed up kid, I was also the only one in school that was going while in YDC (juvie detention) halfway house.

LOL, no joke...  My school's policy was basically, "Don't get her pregnant in the hallways.  The parking lot's still ok though".   :rofl

I had a drama teacher that got polio as a kid and was in a electric wheelchair. When he'd turn his back on us, we'd get on our hands and knees and hide from him. You could hear the chair coming and we would crawl to the other side of the room to stay out of sight. He absolutely hated me and my buddies.  :rofl  sit down clowns!!!! he'd always say to us :rofl :rofl

We go up to ask a stupid question just to lock one of his brakes. He's take off real fast and do a tight half circle  :lol

Stealth, I don't know what grade your in, but take what uptown said with a grain of salt. I reckon your a junior or senior which means you arent far behind me, but it always seems a peers insight means more then a grumpy old man who doesnt know the first thing about living, right?

Totally agree my senior year as well.  Holy crap does time fly and everyone has been telling me that for the past entirety of my life.  Whether they are squaddies, uncles, family friends, people a few years older than me.  I have 50 days left of High School.  I still don't believe it.  I just block it out of my mind.  I'll be the first to admit I've had it easy my whole life.  But in 50 more days of school.  No Longer.  I'll be old enough.  Whatever relatively insignificant point in time when I walk across the stage, take diploma, handshake.  It's all gone.  Time for the Real World.

I just refuse to believe that I am cut out for anything less then what I want.  So I can't fail.  Gotta keep moving.

Stealth take it from me as well.  Even though all your life all you have known is hand holding and school it doesn't last forever.  But don't listen to me or Mason or anybody else because what we are saying isn't real.  LOL It can't be.  Can't be understood not by you.  At least I couldn't see it until here I am.  50 days and counting.
