I have not done any formal formation flying in bombers, though I generally can keep a spot unless lead decides to make changes w/o telling me. (ie: major Throttle/heading changes) Something tells me that you guys keep everyone informed of throttle/heading changes though.
Just tell me x o'clock and distance, and I will do what I can.
Another question, when hitting the outlying strats, are your bombers each calibrating or is the lead of those respective groups the only one calibrating, with everyone else dropping on his command?
Yes. We make sure to keep everyone informed.
We tried the "drop on lead bomber" technique but it wasn't giving the results we wanted, so we went back to individual calibration.
I have seen you guys hit bases and to be honest, i look at it at 10 or 15 guys that pose no dange to our base
but to each his own.

That's what I love about AH. If you like to duel, you're a bad person for not wanting to win the war.
If you want to win ze war, you're bad because you don't focus on kills (makes 0 sense to me).
If you bomb for the fun of formation flying, fighting off incredible amounts of enemy fighters and watching little buildings go *poof* and burn; you're a bad person.

Not saying you're accusing us of that, just seems to be the general consensus of the AH forum.
