It's still the Isle of Man TT.

I can't believe you guys are still talking about other sports.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

Any activity that requires a judge to score is not a sport.

How is snowboarding not a sport?

You can snowboard without snowboarding in front of judges.

Personally I prefer skiing.  Anyone else going to see McConkey when it's released next year?

It's not a sport because it requires judges in order to score, silly.  Snowboarding, although a kickass winter activity, is no more a sport than competetive cheerleading.

There are a few judged sports in snowboarding, and the rest are racing.

And how is this not a sport?

Strictly timed events are definitely sports but if you're required to do stunts in order to be scored by a judge it's just an activity.

These are the rules.

The rules given by who?

Since when do you question authority?  These are the rules.  Activities measured by scoring, timed or measured in feet and yards (definitely not meters) by absolute means are sports.  Anything that requires a third party to administer points by an arbitrary means of opinion of skill and performance is an activity like competitive dance.

That is all.

^This.
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

Since when are you authority?  These are the rules.  Activities that are athletic in nature, regardless how they are evaluated, in a competitive environment are sports. Drag racing would qualify more as a sport in your definition than gymnastics, and yet in my experience, racing on the strip is quite easy in comparison. And just letting you know, I have tried gymnastics, and I go to the strip every other weekend.

That is all.

Welp...  You almost get it.  Gymnastics is competitive dance and is an activity.  Drag racing is a sport.  I bet you look super kewl in your tutu.
