Gratz on quitting. If you're having anger problems, do something rewarding, like learning how to play an instrument. It'll keep your mind off of wanting to get a smoke and it's quite fun when you get the hang of it.

Wouldn't doubt that they do know it's still the same guy because I haven't gotten a new IP. I came in here last week for the first time in months and I wasn't declined access. If I had been IP banned it would've kept me out. If you really need to discuss this, do it in a PM and hope I respond. I'm not willing to hijack a thread for fun.
After 40 years of smoking, I quit, cold turkey 18 days ago now.I don't feel like smoking.I've gotten over the habit of smoking, like doing something with your hands etc. I used to take off, auto climb, go out to the garage, have a smoke, come back and fly, got over that too.
