she's such a dork

Funny (semi-related story) She took me to Red Lobster to celebrate (and to get endless shrimp) and our waitress told us we were the cutest couple she had ever seen. Awkwardness quickly ensued.

Is it comm initial or are you doing it as an add-on? I had 4.8 hours in the airplane when I passed the checkride.

I'm actually taking a private multi tomorrow.

Reason being, I'm using the Seminole for the majority of my commercial training. By taking this ride, I will be able to log all my upcoming time as pilot in command. I will then be taking my commercial multi ride in it with a single engine add on in the same day hopefully in November/December.

I'm hoping to be around 100hrs in it by the time I get my MECPL which will put me in a good spot to get a somewhat decent job. Overall, my commercial flying will be split to about 25hrs in a 172, 30hrs in the arrow and about 100 hrs in the Seminole.

Congrats!    I was an instructor at ATP flight school for a few months and the Seminole was a pleasure to fly.

I'm at ExpressJet now on the ERJ-145, really enjoying it. It isn't as bad as many people make it sound, but I think it all depends upon attitude and life situation, some are in a better position financially than others when they make it here.  First year pay is rough but 2nd year you can expect to gross about ~$43k flying ~90 hrs a month. Should be more, but at least it's somewhat liveable.

What's the plan after you get all your ratings? Airlines, charter, other?

Charter, most likely. I have 5 years before I can go airlines.
