Your personal "Funniest Moments" in AH

I have seen some funny things in AH, but one that happened to me was when I had upped from an airbase on the island with TT in the center. The darbar showed cons a sector away so I upped a 109f4 and went afk for coffee. When I came back I noticed a bit more engine noise than normal and as I scanned through views I noticed an enemy 109 "winging" with me coalt at my 5 o'clock.    My initial thought was to roll and dive, but I hesitated, I thought, that's what he is expecting me to do. Then it came to me, I cut throttle to almost zero and then rolled out. It was really funny and I still died, but I had some funny messages afterwards.

Tops is still the guy saying on Vox "oh no. Not you again!" Then complaining about some guy who he said was following him around the arena telling him "check 6"

One of my funniest moments happened the other night. It was pretty late and numbers were rather low and I had an inkling to fly a Spit so I took up a Spit8 and flew over to a base and started circling around looking for a fight. There was no uppers so I landed across the water from the base to where I had a good view of the field and started calling out on 200 for someone to come up for a fight. SHawk was on 200 and asked my location. Thinking nothing of it I told him I was just east of base across the water. I zoomed in close on the base to see what he would be upping in only to zoom out and see a full salvo of 8in shells from an unseen CV heading my way. I went full throttle and struggled airborne, but it was too late. The shells got a direct hit and I died instantly. We were both cracking up, but I got the last laugh when I came back and sank the CV.

I seem to remember a thread a while back where a group had flown several sectors for a base take,only to have the c47 unload supplies instead of troops.I think there were some screenshots of the mission.

I remeber driving 2 sectors in an m3 with troops to sneak a field, it was a 1 1/2 hour drive, I was 3/4 of the way to the base and I called on squaddies to come kill the town. They came with buffs and heavy 38s and by the time they got there I had been sitting in the m3 for another 30 minutes. They had flown NOE and then there was one last set of mountain ridges they had to get over. They crashed into the mountain and the buff and 38s that made it were killed by ack and a fighter.    Even though I had wasted over 2 hours I still found it funny

  Joined a mission. Heavy fighters going to capture a town.  Mission commander was assigning P38's which hangars to kill. When he came to me, I pointed out that the P38's had been loaded with rockets only.  None of us had bombs, so a single plane was not loaded properly to kill a hangar.  It turned out that I was the only one who checked my load out before launching. 

  While it was kind of frustrating, we all got a good laugh out of it.

Karaya's "Candy Mountain" missions, in particular the one in which we upped Kates to torpedo ground vehicles that were attacking a friendly town.  I don't know what made me laugh the most, watching almost half the mission bail out mid-flight once they realized we weren't joking about attacking GVs with torpedoes, convincing the remaining that you could actually use torpedoes as bombs, or watching the chatter on 200 about the n00bs dropping torpedoes on GVs.

The night CobraJet shouted "ROADHOUSE" on vent every time he killed someone was funny. There would be silence for a bit and then it was interupted by him screaming it, that's how you knew he'd got one. I think he was spamming 200 with "ROADHOUSE" when he killed them too and people were wondering what he was talking about. This went on for at least an hour.
