Should you carry on with your decision to leave the game, I wish the best. Should you decide to stay, listen to the wisdom of those who've tried to extend a helping hand in terms of the game, and the lessons of life.

 :salute

Some positive mentoring. Some good advice.

To fight you must have skill, but to be a warrior you must not have ego.

To yank the forum back onto topic, I have to give a HUGE shout-out to the hard-working pilots and squadron leaders of the RAF.  We have been outnumbered, we have been outgunned, but we have not been outfought.  Through sheer grit and discipline, the battle is shifting in our direction.  Our communications and cohesion are at a high level and still going up.  Well done, it's an honour to serve with you.

Stellar

Your 66 RAF fighters weren't outnumbered much by our 68 LW fighters, but it does depend more on local concentrations.  There were times where I felt outnumbered.  ;)

And as a LW pilot, I can't agree that the battle is shifting in your direction.

But I do agree with "Well done, RAF", and it's an honor to fight against you. <S>

^^^ I'm sorry but that's funny right there.  If it were me I would surely reply, "Count on it" and pretend nothing had happened.

Ive always thought that we held ourselves to a bit higher standard when taking part in a scenario than when we fly in the MA.

See?

All that allied fuss about recruiting, due to a lack of Hurri pilots, when all that had to happen to even the odds was just one squad leaving, en masse.

You guys worry too much...

Well of course you can't agree with me as a Luftwaffe pilot.  Herr Goering would have you shot for defeatism.

Such a tragedy to watch such brave, foolish young men die like flies in a such a hopeless cause.  Truly the Nazis have a lot to answer for...

England ("AEngle land" in Old English) is the land of the Anglo-Saxons, who are from the two Germanic tribes, the Angles and the Saxons.  We are all brothers, you see.  We are just working to integrate you back into your Germanic heritage.
