So the 38 dose not have prop torque in any one direction.
When i get into a rolling scissors with most planes seance im using rudder and no prop torque ,it makes seance to usually roll to the right to have an advantage?

If you can force it one way or another, I'd force it against his prop torque for sure.

Speaking of the 38 torque, if you have a split throttle (or an excuse to upgrade  :D) it does help in flat scissoring to use differential throttle.  The 38 rolls pretty well once you get her spinning, but is pretty sluggish to establish the roll.  Throttle work helps noticeably.

Right now im using my sidewinder stick 1 throttle,i am not sure if i could hook another (just) throttle and have it work?

It should.  It might be a bit cumbersome depending on how close you can mount them.  Every dual throttle I've seen has some way to lock the two together so you can operate them as one until you need to decouple them.

Roll the opposite of the bandit's torque.  For example, if I'm in a rolling scissors against a Bf 109, I'll try and force the rolling scissors to the right and the speed hovering around stall.  The reason is, at low speeds, the Bf 109F has difficulty rolling to the right.

Quite honestly, you don't need a dual throttle for the P-38. There is no real benefit using one other than the immersion factor, though it will aid in recovering from certain spins and nice and pretty hammerheads.
