Glad to see others who are tired of the complaints and "temper tantrums". I don't care about the 12 hour rule, I'm a knight. I've learned to play the WHOLE game, and it's fun. If I grow tired of one aspect, there are several more to find some fun in. Those who insist on being one dimensional, then screaming over vox because someone else isn't playing the way they want them to have gotten really boring and detrimental to the game. If they quit the game because they don't get their way and then get banned or suspended from the BBS because they wouldn't quit whining, the game will improve. They are NOT AH2 gods, despite their own opinions of themselves. Many of them are AWESOME pilots, and really good guys, but the best pilots in the game, if they are detrimental to the game and the BBS, should go, if they can't change.

This board sometimes reminds me of those "housewives" shows my wife watches...I have to leave the room.  Hitech should consider one additional rule for this board: No "housewives" behavior.  It would be used often.

There is nothing wrong with complaining about a product or service you PAY for.  If HTC were providing the game for free then nobody would have a right to b*tch.   But EVERYONE who criticizes as a paying customer certainly has legitimacy to do so.   The free market will determine if the decisions made by HTC were the right ones or not.

I have to take my hat off to them for being so friendly on the phone and via email.    No complaints with that aspect of the business.

I wish I had all the answers.  I would give them to HTC for a small fee and fix everything.   But I don't.  Nobody really does.    I can only offer *MY* experiences.   I think a few changes can be made to accommodate some complaints without ruining the game for those who like it as it is.    Guess we will see.

The world is full of complaints. Suggestions/recommendations, are more apt to be heard with an open ear.
