Would be awesome but you gotta remember some people probably have 50,000+ bomber perks after 14 years of playing.

I would say no.
However if it was going to be done I would do it like this.
Number 1 ranked bomber in late war from previous month gets a 1 time shot with a single B-29 & the only target it will work at is HQ of enemy country's.
Plus when that B-29 is upped a special type of alert warns it is in the air.
If said B-29 hits target that country wins the war.

We should regroup the Strats if for some weird reason we'd get this.

Then have someone bomb the strat complex. Instantly wiping out most of the factories.

I can't remember the exact wording, but I believe HTC once said something to the effect of, "We'll never say absolutely not to any feature request, except the A bomb."

Any way you limited it, it would be a stupid addition.
