I am. It's too darn big :)

I have a 5c.  It's not too big for my purposes and I can surf porn just about anywhere! :joystick:

Now I just bought my wife a 6+ and that thing is too big for a man - IMO.  She loves it and it doesn't bother her since she always has a purse.

My complaint with this phone is sometimes thinks it's smarter than me and decides what word I really meant.

Maybe a new 6 iphone costs that Eagl, but I was referring to the camera used to take the pics along with my Ipad, which was the cheaper iPhone 5c version, which is easy to find for 300$ around here. or 1/2 that or less with a contract.   You can buy a brand new 4s for 195$ no contract from any shop in town, and that iPhone, as well as the 5c, have cameras which blow the current iPad Air, of which I have 2, right out of the water.  I don't have a 5c or 6, just a couple prepaid 4s, which I paid again only 200$ new for incl setup at the store each.  That's what I don't understand, why a 600$ ipad has such a garbage camera compared to a 2 or 3 hundred dollar phone, current prices/times being equal.  I'm not making a point about phone prices, just that ipad vs phone prices, the ipads being equal or very close to the cost of a phone, are equipped with completely crap cameras by comparison.

I'd just enable data on my ipad mini and carry that around.  I've seen some guys who like that gangsta look holding that thing up to their head...  Looks as silly as their pants halfway down their butt and their seats reclined so they can't see out of their car.  Lots of image, not a whole lot of substance in a lot of cases.  Still, I suppose some people need to present some sort of fantasy image to give them something to do.

Right there with you.

Although my Wife has the new Note, and she loves it.  For work, she says it blows away anything she has ever used, simply because of the stylus.  She will be recording the audio of a meeting and making side notes with the stylus.  For her, it is pretty slick.

Ever seen one of those laid down drivers try and get out of the car?  Talk about seeing something that is about as uncool as it can be.  It is a laugh riot.  Apparently some of them break the seat recliner so they can get really low. :)

There was a time when I was living in a bad part of town and considered lining the inside of my front car doors with some sort of fragmentation resistant fabric... maybe scrap Kevlar or something.  I moved out before I was able to fund the fabric and that saved me a lot of effort.  I suppose there are some actual gangster types out there who really don't want to be identified but sheesh, they drive the same dang car every day, have the music up super loud so everyone stares (or glares) at them when they get within a few hundred meters, and there's no way they've done anything to make the doors more likely to stop bullets.  So its mostly to show everyone how bad they are that they need to hide inside their car as they drive around with the windows down and the stereo up.

Those guys gotta hold tablets up to their heads to show how they've got the latest and greatest and biggest phone on the planet.  Yea some people like the big phones for the functionality and my wife wanted the larger 6 because the 4S was actually pretty hard to read sometimes and she likes to use it for web access since our sprint account has unlimited data.  I guess for some people the required "functionality" is nothing other than the image.  It kind of makes sense when you consider that business laptops need to have a certain business-like appearance to them so the appearance is a required feature and not an option...

Still, you kids pull up your dang pants, take your stupidly huge phone, and get off my lawn!   :old:

Gman I think the camera module itself is pretty expensive and makes up a good part of the price difference.  The 6+ even has an active anti-vibration dingus, not the software anti-shake mode the 6 has.  That's not cheap.

I do sympathize with you though, and wish the ipads had a better camera.  I don't think I would have bought one if it was much more expensive though.

You'd poop a brick if you had to deal with a Samsung Note 4 (or later).  :)

Talk about big!

Actually, I am with you on this point.  It is one of the reasons I still carry a flip phone, because I do not have to carry it! :D  It fits in any of my pockets.

I do have a phone in the same size class as the Note 4 (albeit a much cheaper one). 5.7" screen.
And yes, it still does fit in any of my pockets, quite easily actually.
It may look weird when I hold an item that big against my ear... but then I rarely use it to actually phone at all (something like 1-2 call per month).

well wait till you guys get to be as blind as I am at reading close stuff, you gonna wish your phone was as big as a  17in laptop just so you dont have to spend 2 minutes looking for your reading glasses  :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl.

I got a little better than 20/20 vision at distance but anything close to me I cant see crap  :old: :old: :old:.

I have the note 2 and I cant read without glasses, heck last night I went out with a friend and I had to order food based on the pictures since I forgot my reading glasses, hate getting old.

You have some big pockets.  No way I can get that Note thing into my pockets and still sit down.  It certainly does not fit my shirt pockets either.

Yet another reason for me to hang on to that flip phone.  Nothing to read on its screen. :)

Well, shirt pockets I don't know, I don't have any  :lol

But it's in the front pockets of my pants right now while I'm sitting at the computer to write this message. No problems to sit down.
My jacket's pockets are so large, a lot of stuff is fitting in there in addition to my Wiko  :)

My Wiko in its protective case, in hand and in my pocket. Please excuse the bad image quality.

I tried to put it in my pants pocket and could not sit without it digging into my hip/thigh.  I tried it in my shorts pocket and it squirted out of the pocket and scurried across the floor as soon as I sat down.  Thank goodness for gorilla glass.

It might fit in my jacket coat pocket, but I seldom wear that as it is rarely cool enough here to do so.
