Another contender bites the dust.  I don't see a way for the Cardinals to make the CFP.

This year's CFP is going to be interesting to watch.  Sit back with some popcorn and watch the committee figure this one out.

tOSU play MSU so let's see how that gose.  Mich lost their starting QB.  Mich can not afford to lose another game.

another close one.  one more week.

I think its safe to say the osu qb does no excel at his position. it is evident in the pass outcomes and coaches play calling.  they don't want to trust their players.  its safer that way.  :aok  game on.   :old:

bye ohio, your only as good as your players are allowed to be .  :ahand

funny how watching a strutting man trip is as gratifying as watching a underdog win.  :uhoh

News initially reported that Speight broke his collar bone last week against Iowa.  That hasn't been confirmed, though, and Harbaugh says it's day to day.  Speight didn't play in today's Michigan vs. Indiana game, but he suited up and threw some warm-up passes with O'Korn (who was QB today).

Both Michigan and Ohio State offenses looked rough today, although both teams won.

I'm greatly looking forward to The Game!

You say that, but I'm not against Ohio State!  (Except for when they are playing Michigan or unless a loss by Ohio State benefits Michigan in any way.  :aok )

Hate week started yesterday afternoon at The Spartan Stadium.  The osu band had a choreographed display of hate by creating the shape of a hammer crushing The Michigan flag.  Also trotting around their Go Blue banana.  The hate is deep.

I remember years ago, when Woody and Bo were coaching their respective college teams.  By the way, Woody and Bo were close friends in real life.  Bo learned his Coaching under Woody Hays at OSU.

I remember stating, while he was AD at Michigan, that he had a few sets of gold football pants that are issued to OSU player and staff after a victory over Michigan.  He chuckled and said "don't say that

to loud around here."  I miss both of them greatly.  Bo spoke at Woodys' funeral, maybe even gave the eulogy.   After a blowout of Michigan by OSU the Buckeyes were up by a very wide margin.

After the last touchdown by OSU they went for two points instead of kick the XP and were successful.  Asked after the game "why did you go for two points?"  Woodys response "because I couldn't go for three."

The OSU vs. Michigan game has been the largest college football rivalry of all time.  Proven by a nationwide vote some years back.  Two great schools and two great programs.

With OSU and the wolverines meeting next week at #2 and #3 respectively, one will likely get bounced out of the CFP.

I got wonder how the committee will handle this.

The OSUMB frequently throws in field drills of beating Michigan in some ways all throughout the football season. Some are subtle, others not so much. Certainly a great way to entertain the crowd and build up energy for the anticipation of "The Game".

The banana you're referring to actually says "Beat Blue". And that is the "mascot" of the Sousaphone section. Each instrument group has their own "mascot". A band tradition that has stuck around for quite some time now.

Man, this is a weekend of important games, and between teams that aren't necessarily hugely outmatched, either.  Michigan / Ohio State, Washington / Washington State, Alabama / Auburn, Colorado / Utah, Michigan State / Penn State, Wisconsin / Minnesota, Clemson / South Carolina, Florida / Florida State.  Wow!

Yes they will be. Mich winning by 3, unless their starting QB has a weak performance.
