Quite true.  About all anyone can do is flag those reviews.  Steam does not seem to really do anything about those types of issues, but maybe if enough complain.....  Hopefully, it is just a short term problem.

Are you guys at HTC able to see who they are by looking at IP's?

I think one of the negative reviews has almost 30 hours in game already through steam.. lol

Thats a good amount of playing time in less than a week for a game you trash in a review.

There is not much available to the developer in the reviews area for controlling content.  As it should be, but Steam does not seem to take any action when you use the tools they do provide.

IMO the reviews won't stop anyone from downloading a free game...

We are not worried about the reviews causing people to not to try the game.  It is just frustrating when people can act with impunity, in such a negative manner.  Basically, they can make up anything they want.

It does make the review section a bit pointless.

It is always the same people, over and over again, looking for any outlet to say something negative about the people here.

I want to know how many other MMO's out there have a line open to the developer to call in and even discuss grievances let alone personally respond to e-mails and not use cookie-cutter replies that don't have anything to do with the questioning.

If I were writing a poor review, and I had to start with, "So I was talking to the developer of the game on the phone" I would at least think...  wow, that's pretty effing sweet.

Was reading some of those negative reviews and can`t believe how silly some of these were.  I hope people look further than this because this game truly deserves more players IMHO.

With a relatively small free download compared to other Steam games, and all the positive reviews, I think the negative reviews will have little impact.

I may be a bit caustic at times, but the animosity some individuals hold toward Aces High is ridiculous. Even if I hated HTC (which I don't, they have always been great), I sure would not want to punish my friends and the community at large by minimizing the potential player base.

This is a game. If your life revolves around a game so intently that real life no longer matters, you need to re-examine your life decisions.

  The new guys in the game from Steam seemed to be having a blast.     It's their opinions that matter in the end.
