Tips/Thoughts:

We went and stocked up on some items today.

Everything except fresh milk and hand sanitizer was available.  (got 2 boxes of dry milk)

Since the virus can survive for about 3 hours in an aerosol form, and about 1 day on soft surfaces and up to 3 days on hard surfaces; we went to the store just before employees re-stocked the shelves and we left every thing that didn't need refrigeration, in the car.  We will bring that stuff in about 3 days.

Who knows, it might help.
