The US fleet will deffenatly set sail for the middle east, in fact they are probably on the way.

But terroists are among us all.

Fscott, you must be lost and think this is the off topic forumn from that 'other' place.

How about there be a list of possible retaliatory strikes starting with where ever there are demostrations celebrating this?

Wars have started for lesser reasons than this !!

Lasse  :(
You smell that? Do you smell that?
Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.

Its a disgusting act and you have my deepest sympathy,

latest reports : 1 plane had 58 passengers

there were reports but unconfirmed that there was spontanious celebrations in palastine.

Im sure all of my fellow countrymen were as shocked and outraged as I am.
Please though I URGE you dont jump to conclusions. There is no evendence as yet of who is responsible. It points to a much larger organisation than a lunatic suicide bomber. This was HIGHLY organised, very much different from recent arab related attacks.

The organisation had to hijack and alter routes precicely on time for all aircraft involved to arrive within minutes of each other. This is an extrememly frightening show of strengh.

Its the worst act of terrorism i have ever had the missfortune to witness and as an Englishman I have seen many attacks on my people. This is a time to remember what we value and not to throw ourselves into brutal war.The whole aim of these attacks is to destroy what we love and we must NOT let them succeed.

You find out who did it, then you diddly em up BAD.I wish America all the luck in the world in finding these terrorists.

I am disgusted when civilians are attacked. In the Army, I was paid to be shot out... those people didn't deserve their fate. It is barbaric to celebrate deaths of innocent people. Terrorism is so hard to counter too...  I'm sure there will be some airline safety changes... there should be doors on cockpits that can't be unlocked for any reason from the passenger compartment... regardless of the threat... because there are more lives at stake than the passengers on the plane. It is horribly ironic that we were considering dumping billions into and anti-missile defense when now we realize we had flying bombs for the taking already here.

Prayers to all

The death toll will be in the thousands.150,000 people pass thru the WTC daily and the rescuers on the scene when the buildings collapsed. Then the Pentagon which has at least 5,000 people. The "experts" say only a few groups could have done this.Well, its time to eliminate those groups and the Pres.should tell the world that if those groups are in their country,we are coming and don't even think about stopping us.This is far worse than Pearl Harbor and an even worse act of war. But,don't go nuts and blame any Arab descent person in this country because they are probably as innocent of this as you are.We do not need a witch hunt.

i look at it this way. if it was Osama, or some other terrorist, the country that is harboring them, should be considered
as a enemy of the US, and now currently
at WAR with the US for helping them.
That means Afganistan which harbors
OSama, should now be considered
as purpatraitor of an act of war, and should
reap the resulting retaliations.
