Key Reason why ENY is stupid

With the low players numbers the sides should be reduced from 3 to 2 with auto assign to keep the sides even.

Then no need for ENY as both sides are always even and all planes and gv are available all the time.

It would fix everthing else you all are whining about

ENY and perks are two things that never bothered or interested me..along with gvs, bmbers, fleet control, base capture, spwn camping, etc etc

I recall someone mentioning the idea of adding a scaling perk cost to planes that are being affected by ENY.  So if you really want to fly an F4U-1D or P-51D, you can, just going to cost you perkies to do it.

This, plus the smaller numbers are more concentrated, and gives the experience of combat almost around the clock. I know thats what got me hooked here.  Not a dead map.  Go attack a base, and you get 5 yak3s hovering auto ack and manned guns

Color me this, a spit 14 and spit 16 both have 5 eny. A spit14 doesn't have a bomb. A yak3 gets more kills than both of them and has a way better K/d than the spit14 and much better K/d than a spit16. The yak3 had the second most kills last tour and crushed the P51s K/D.


There is no reason a yak3 should be 18 eny. It has been a damper on the game, IMO. Most of these late war planes should have a small perk. Ie NIK. Spit16, 109k, 190D, p51D, Ki84 ect when the #s go lop sided.

I really wish the map could change to a smaller MA map during off hours. It would greatly benefit the fights with smaller #s and make the game seem more actionable.

yesterday, I sneaked a rocket tank into a town, got it prepped.

upped m3 had a squadie going there for air cover.  saw a mossie there, it was razor. shot him pretty good with the 50 mg, still lost 4 m3s. last chance, squadie was there fighting 2 cons.  i just ran like hell while at the same time dodging razor. 2 seconds, that's how long i lasted after dropping troops and taking the base.  was a fun time.

imagine how happy and willing to fly i would have been if i had been forced to switch one of those times i was in the tower.

there would have been a rage quit thread v right now.
