Do not need ILLEGAL immigrants to pick anything

Need to get our lazy "poor" citizens off their air conditioned sofas and earn their gov hand outs where they are capable - most

Would lower unemployment and gov waste

We have the richest poor folks in the world which is another factor that draws illegals..they all are not starving  hard workers ... many are just lazy crooks like many legit citizens here

I'm sure the refugee children in cages that may never see their parents again appreciate that. There's the law then there's using it as an excuse to commit atrocities. But we're all just people, being people.

They talk a lot of the atrocities.  I'm not down there.

If they built a wall they would not need as many holding cells. Just a guess.

He doesn't seem to understand or want to care that those parents sold their children to the cartel to be trafficked into America.

Those kids and anyone caught should be sent back to Mexico, not held in America at our cost. Over 400 kids were not connected to any DNA of "parents" being detained.

Somehow we are the mean ones for not letting these children dissappear into America where God only knows what really happens to them.

Good thing we've built a lot of the wall to deter that.

The surrender cry of giving up the moral high ground.

Sorry I can not feel responsible or guilt for every stupid decision made by 3rd world poor and seemingly very uneducated immigrants trying to ILLEGALLY enter this country

Those providing this caravan service should be arrested as illegal entry into this country is against the law but the crazy left thinks it is great

Citation works like this:

Before Trump became president, 654 miles had primary barriers. During Trump’s presidency, that has increased by 3 miles, to 657 miles of primary barriers.

https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2020/may/20/donald-trump/facts-donald-trumps-claim-182-miles-border-wall-co/

The Trump administration claims that it created this policy to protect children and families from trafficking. The claim is disingenuous. Mexico is one of the main source countries for human trafficking victims identified in the United States and has a known problem with child sex trafficking in particular. It’s especially disturbing that sending children to Mexico puts them at risk of rape, assault, and other abuse -- risks that are similar to the dangers they and their families may have been fleeing in the first place. The true aim of the policy appears to be to curtail the right to seek asylum in the United States.

Zhang Zhan, 37, received a 4 years sentence today in China for highlighting the Wuhan covid virus outbreak.

Don Lemon on CNN will not be discussing said jail term, he has a mansion and a husband to think off.

Virtue signal over that on your Chinese made ipad liberals  :)

Meh.  We have a lot of work to do to live up to our high ideals.  But I don't have to think too hard to decide I'd rather be here than a citizen of China.  No brainer.

Even during Trump's administration.  :D

(Which thankfully will be a single term.  Though it just seemed longer.  :rofl)

If there was a "thumbs up" button on this bbs, I'd hit it for the first paragraph.  Pretty much my point I was trying to make.

Uh..what?  So sending Mexican children...back to Mexico...is now "bad", and it's Trumps fault.  So wtf does the left want then exactly - you're beating the gong saying that "ripping children from their parents who enter ILLEGALLY is bad".  Now you're saying that sending those same children back to Mexico instead is bad, because..Mexico.   So wth is the solution then, vaporizing these children?  You don't want them "ripped" from their parents, you don't want them sent back to their home country at the US border...are you suggesting that the solution is to just "leave them be" with their parents, and not to stop and/or imprison either?  Because that seems to be the only avenue you're leaving open, to just stand pat, not to interdict any illegal entries, because it might "rip" children from their parents.  Ridiculous.

Seems to me the best plan would be an immediate return to Mexico for both parents and their children who have accompanied them.  This way the poor children aren't "ripped from their parents", they are just sent back to their home country where they were born, and belong.

Actually the answer is to not destroy the family unit and to handle migrant influx and asylum requests in a humane and compassionate manner (as has been done before). Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you. Are we good? :)

Hilarious, I'm glad you agree with Trump that Mexico is terrible Hotspot for rapist and murderers. Too bad you don't care about them coming into our country though. 😉

Why aren't the UN or any media going after Mexico everyday for their corruption? America is such a terrible racist country, yet they all want to flee here? Wow.

The logic simply doesn't make sense. Attack America for being mean, give Mexico the break for putting their citizens in such a terrible position they have to run to America to survive. But if we send them back. We are also mean because there is so much evil in Mexico, but we don't want to do anything about it.

Trump repaired hundreds of miles of poor barriers + added new barriers. Anyone against border barriers doesn't have the moral superiority because it means woman and children are still being trafficked. Im not sure why that's so hard to understand, unless you are making money from it of course.
