This is a forum and he hosts published content by a third party, which is us. Any forum has 230 protections for what the users might post. The only stipulations are that section 230 does not protect against some criminal or some copyright based claims.
When I started FlameWarriors some people warned me not to allow it to be public because kids might find it. For one, there is not anything that a kid wont find 100 times over anywhere else, but also I am protected by section 230 from what others post.
Basically - it is free speech and parents need to mind their kids, not me and not HTC.
That doesn't mean HTC has to allow free speech. He can have whatever rules and do whatever he wants with any privilege or membership
