Back in the day, this was a fertile land, both for humor as well as for the trolling of simple minds.

Today, it feels like a battlefield after the smoke has cleared, with the only ones left alive being those who either ducked and hid during the artillery barrages, or those greenhorn replacements who were sent in to clean up afterwards.

So the question is... What happened? Did Skuzzy eliminate everyone worth a damn, or did everyone worth a damn just find something better to do? A combination of the two, perhaps?

Or is the community simply not what it was when this game was still relevant?

Most who are left are just ankle-humpers anyways.

Yes he does.

This is a forum and he hosts published content by a third party, which is us.  Any forum has 230 protections for what the users might post. The only stipulations are that section 230 does not protect against some criminal or some  copyright based claims.

When I started FlameWarriors some people warned me not to allow it to be public because kids might find it. For one, there is not anything that a kid wont find 100 times over anywhere else, but also I am protected by section 230 from what others post.

Basically - it is free speech and parents need to mind their kids, not me and not HTC.

That doesn't mean HTC has to allow free speech. He can have whatever rules and do whatever he wants with any privilege or membership

neither.  the threads from other people that start I was suspended, unfairly muted...

I've been suspended and muted but I’ve never complained about it.  it's not the last post that gets you in trouble it's normally an accumulation of posts.

btw did you know that bb administrators can hover their mouse over any name and see the last posts?
