I bought a electric pizza oven (gets hotter than most domestic ovens). On there
rare occasions I'm going to spend those carbs, nothing short of gourmet is worth it.

Still trying to perfect my 3-day cold ferment dough for Neapolitan pizza.
I make a thin crust taco pizza that would curl your toes though.
