The main page rarely forwards to the index.php like it should.  Going to hitechcreations.com you are liable to sit and wait forever while the attempt times out.  Sometimes it will forward to hitechcreations.com/index.php 
If you type that in manually you get to the main page fine.

I tried 3 different browsers and had no trouble. All loaded fine in less than a second.

It's not everytime, but happens very often on my pc, phone, and work computer.  Maybe it's the same issues he has with downloads, certain locations have trouble connecting to his stuff.   I can use a VPN and get instant downloads that take 30 minutes on my normal route.
