Umm Verm ,while I can understand what you say, regarding the F4Uvs Fw190 I think im not exagerating.
Think in Fw190 Strongpoins:
firepower (F4UC has more)
Speed on deck (f4U has more)
rollrate (F4U has the equal)
Good fast snapturn (F4U has quite good too)
Nice diving (F4U Dives better)
Excellent hispeed handling (f4U equals it).
Nice Zooming (F4U zooms better)
And now we touched the strongpoints...lets see the bad points:
Fw190:
Climbs really bad -F4U outclimbs Fw190
sustained turnrate sucks -F4U's is better plus it has combat flaps.
Horrible stallfighter- F4U much better
Has a nasty spin - F4U too

The only one thing that 190 does better than F4U,and not for a big deal, is level accelerating. 0G acceleration is equal because F4U's lesser drag.
Ah, yes and F4U is big and 190 is small
I find F4U quite MORE dangerous than 190 in D version C is simply terrifing if you see it flying a wuerger.
Tell me verm, Am I exagerating? if I get up a F4UD I know I'll do better than I do in 190 as it is a better plane. If I get C version I'll feel like a god, is the way of flying I love and it has deathrays. Is there some exageration here? I think not.
So I again say: LAZS CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU ASK FOR! any Fw190 Driver will kick a lot of tulips outta the sky if they drive F4U. And we fly german iron, you know.
BTW I dont whine about F4U. If it was a better plane than A8 its okay. I only say that if someone thinks we wont do well in it is VERY VERY wrong.
WE already kick tulips on 190. Do you want to see ALL jg2 on F4U1-C? really?...lazs, pray god you never see us doing it.
