Joemud, do you mind if I just call you Joe? I've been flying in online
arenas for seven or  eight years, and it's changed not just my personal
life, but also my approach to my work.
It's really opened me up to flying in a way that's based in real issues.
You're sharing actual emotions with other people in these arenass, and I
eventually started to realize the power of that and the power of finding
 the humor in it, too.
The emotion and the humor aren't in conflict.
What I'm trying to say is that they kind of go together.
As a graduate of several 12-step programs I say we can do it together.
 Let's synergize!
Joe, between the two of us let's put back the fun in dysfunctional!!
 Repeat after me, please,
"I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and, Doggone It, People Like Me!

I'm not here to slam, just  to say  an old proverb that my old  boss (who is now in position to the throne of Vice president of Commercial Airplane Group at Boeing) used to  say "When you think that your contribution is so greatly admired, and think to yourself how valuable you believe you are  to the structure and integrity of the company, go out to the back yard and fill up a 55 gallon drum of water, stick your hand in it, then pull it out, has  the level of the water changed significantly?"

Somewhere in that statement lies a proverb, I think what he meant was, "No one will notice  you gone, there's always  someone  else  who  will fill the space back up that you vacated."

My, my  how times change.

Seems like only yesterday when a certain Joemud was racking up 40 streak kills by bailing into the volcano.  Joe didn't mind taking advantage of limitations in the code back then, did he?

Really hurts when the shoe is on the other foot eh JoeMud.  Seriously though, sad to see you go (yeah right!) and hope you will soon be back again in the virtual skies .......

of Fighter Ace, or AH or WB.  Anywhere but here!

Bull had no right to shoot JoeMud!

Bull you broke all the rules shooting down the enemy!  You should be ashamed of yourself!

I have been thinking more about when fatty shot me down last night.  He was wrong!

You're all dweebs for shooting down the enemy!  That is not why HTC created this game!

I agree with JoeMud!  I guess I'll have to quit too!

Deep down inside I love all of ya because we share a mutual bond. The love of WWII aircraft and the excitement of on-line simulated air combat.  But I have seen the light! So farewell to you all!  Please play nice and do not shoot your enemy down!

So I leave, never to touch my joystick again!

I'll be on-line about 7:30 pm EST!!!!

PS  Remember Swager's Motto:  Getting shot down builds character!!

Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

Joe well if this is not the game for you  i am sorry and i hope you will find something you like.   but there is no reason to go on the way you do.  If you dont like the game then LEAVE!  Dont sit there and whine throwing  temper tantrums  like a 5 year old.  yelling and screaming  does not make your points about how you would like the game to go.  All it does is shows is that you act like a 5 year old when he cant get his way.  imho more people will take you seriously if you give valid reasons and do it with out tantrums.

I hope you find a game that has everything you want. Also I hope you learn to play nicly with others

nawh, he ain't gotta change his name. He just  has to say he is sorry and have a relative to blame it on! Then change his password and only let said relative have access while supervised!   I'd forgive him and think nothing of it because it's happened to me here. Is a dweeb hunt anything like snipe hunting? What'sa snipe anyway? hehe.
