Tried the demo of a ton of racing/car games,but only liked 2 of them.
Firstly, "INSANE" from codemasters....quite good. really, really good actually..........
Secondly, "LEADFOOD" from...ratbag software or something like that. It's a racecourse game, but quite cool none the less.
INSANE is in the cheap-sell boxes by now.

GPL sounds great, but Rally Trophy is exactly what I am looking for.  I just bought a new one on half.com for $20.  I tried the free download for about 5 minutes and was 100% sold.
