Nice weapons. I have a HK-91 I havent shot in years. I remember looking at the scope HK made for it but it simply seemed to darn costly at the time.

I wonder if I can even buy stuff for it anymore....

Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

10-22 is a great gun. I got 2 of them. A guy put them up for collateral on a $50 loan, and didn't come around for 6 months.  When he showed up 5 1/2 months after he was supposed to pay me, he actually was surprised when I wouldn't sell him back the guns for $50.

Single shots RULE... ... everyone knows that.

(i do own a m4 .223  and an  M14 and P228 9mm HICAPPED.)

Get a Brit  match .22 from some import dealers (Brits sold theirs because of gun banning)  pick em up cheat $50-250 and even the $50 ones can match any 10-22 semi BBL rambo rifle.

far as HI-Cap mags get them off ebay or the local show and pull the carboard displacement insert out and presto ! 30 rnd mag. of course paying 30-40$ for pleasure of firing 20 more rounds because you cant hit anything with the first 10 is just plain stupid.

My Colt Sporter Match HBAR is stock except for a scope and a bipod. I have gotten a five round shot group smaller than a dime at 100 yards using this rifle with competition grade ammunition in the setup shown here:
http://web.tampabay.rr.com/sflores1/MyWeapons.html

My barrell has the milspec 1-in-7 turn ratio rather than the more common 1-in-9 ratio used by most. I am very happy with this rifle, but what I really want is a hybrid: AR15A2 upper (with bayonet lug which is missing from mine :() with AR15A1 lower. The trigger mechanicals of the A1 lower are better for accuracy than the ones on the A2 that were modified to support 3 round burst. Of course if I had the money to afford the license for fully automatic weapons, I would get a real M-16A1 and M-16A2 HBAR and then just mix-n-match to get what I want :)

I have in "my arsenal" an HK USP .45 and a Sig SHR-970 30-06.

I have fired an SKS, AK as well, but never have fired a 10-22.  I'll try and knock that one off this year.

Nice looking 1911 streakeagle.  Still one I have yet to purchase.  I have a 9mm, .40 cal but no .45.  I feel that will be remedied by the end of the year.

A Glock .40 is nice. I also own a Mossburg 590 w/the parkarized (SP?) finish. My glock has the old clips too :)

I also have a Beretta M92FS that was my father's police carry pistol. But I much prefer the 1911. It fits my hand so much better and I prefer stopping power to magazine capacity.

I guess I need to get around to completing my Weapons page by taking photos of the rest of my arsenal of rifles, pistols, and swords :) Swords being my favorite.

Now that the bugs are ironed out... those rockets are cheap, easy to make, reliable, accurate, and fun. The ones I made were only powered by D engines. When we finished our Navy sonar school, I had to fly to my next duty station, so my friend kept my launcher and carried on development. He went up to F and G engines. The power of those engines required metal hinges for the folding fins compared to the merely taped on ones of the D-engine versions.

As for the "accident", two of our group of 5 were caught and detained by police. But after extensive questioning, they were cleared of arson charges and didn't even have to pay a fine. They didn't show the police any of the fancy shoulder launcher/weapons style stuff, just the standard launch pad and a couple of toy rockets. I was with the group that went for help and escaped capture, so I didn't even get to see the final fire or the fire trucks. That was the last of the cardboard rocket experiments. The move to all aluminum construction solved the structural failure problem that led to the rocket causing a fire.
