How Many G's is a Lag Turn

1) A lag turn is simply a gentile turn that does not bleed a lot of e-right?  Flying an E-Fighter like the hellcat forces me to be disciplined w/ E.  So when executing a lag turn how many g's should I not exceed in order to conserve my e?  Also, how does rudder influence this?  W/ rudder input u can turn tighter for the same cost in energy?

rudder adds drag... stay away from it unless you need to use it

lag turn... not sure exactly what you mean... if u mean lag pursuit:
keeping your nose pointed behind the bogey as u follow its turn...

If this is the case .. the biggest factor is how much gee is the bogey pulling..

a lag turn can be a high G turn.

Simply, a lag turn is a turn in plane with the enemy where your nose is pointed behind him.

furious is correct..lead turn your nose is pointing in front of bogey, pure pursuit you are right on, lag turn your nose points behind the bog. G's don't really matter xcept in relation to the e state you bring in, and the bog's..

typically a lag turn helps the attacker when the attacker can't pull a lead shot (g's, turn rate, etc prevents you) so the attacker tracks the bog, letting the bog finish his turn, then the attacker finished also, converts to a  lead turn, and closes for a shot. If the attacker has alot of E, lag turn can work, so can a high yo yo. The relative E state between attacker and defender really dictate what you should be doing in the turn.
