Cool thread, I must have missed the first one 

 I lift 3 times a week, and depending on my goals do cardio 4 to 6 times a week for 30 to 60 mins a pop. Its hard during the summer when Im  busy, and miss the odd day, but I feel guilty about it 

 The best shape ive been in was 190lbs at 7% BF. Now that was a calper test so it might not have been exactly on, but it was close.  This was a year ago.  Since then I had a very bad ankle sprain, which led to back problems and only recently got back into gear. I ballooned up to 215, and not much of it muscle im afraid 

 Im now 5'8'' and 204, so I have been making progress 
 
   IN an effort to find more workout time, Ive been  building my own gym. Ive collected some stuff from classified adds "olimpic bar, bench, 300lbs of weights, assorted dumbells" and am in the process of building myself a power rack. Gona let the gym membership laps, less driving =more workout time.
