I believe Skuzzy was referring to a sheep caught in a fence.

Sling the rain doesn't neccesarily effect anything ,the visibility and cloud cover would indeed make someone postpone a VFR Pilot ride check. When I took mine it was raining  but clouds were high enough and visibility was about 5 SM so I was legal. Took it passed it flew  5 times after that and Haven't flown since :-D

Wow...I took mine in 1992...I have to do my BFR (Biennial Flight Review) this month, then do the required night landings, etc to be all up to date again.  No pun, but wow...time flies...

Glasses...shame on you!  Get back up there!

Is that optimal speed for efficiency HT?  And how much does the fuel cost?

22 MPG... a little better than I would have expected.

Actually a little better than that DJ unless you meant Nautical MPG. Works out to about 25.6 Standard MPG. But who cares about cost when yer soaring above the grunts. ;)
