A friggin m.. mi...mi...mi... minivan hit my Elky!

My son was driving and we were still a little... ah... "shaky" from his test of tire destroying ability of my new 468... We had pulled up to a stop sign and he just snicked the 6 speed into low and started to let out the clutch when..... bam.. cellphone wearing, baby screaming, soccer mom in a mi... mi... minivan runs right into us... probly saved her or her kids lives by stopping her before she got into the intersection.

Soo... we get's out and exchange info...  I say "don't get too shook up it's not too bad" and she says.... can't you just pound it out?"   yeah... I says.... I can take the body off the frame and reassemble everything if I wanted to... maybe you will come over and help me?   She didn't get it.   Bet she tells her husband that she "bumped" some old car at a stop sign.  

Oh well... just dented the bumper and a small dent in the tailgate.  new bumpers are only $250 bucks.    Geeze... she should be glad I'm not being a dick about it or sqeeling about whiplash or somethin..

A friggin honda mi.... mi... minivan... and it was silver besides!

Personally, I think those farkin m-thingys should not be sold to anyone with:

a) a cell phone
b) kids
c) big hair
d) a dog


My 300ZX TT got the same treatment from a m-thingy laz,..only,..due to the low height of my bumper, she decided it would be oh so cool to park her oil pan on my roof.
Get this,..the woman didn't even drop a syllable while talking on the cell.  She just sits there on top of my car, babbling like the moron they all are.

To this day, I pull over to the shoulder whenever I see one of those horrid vehicles,...completely out of fear for my life.

Oh the Mini-Terrors... My cousing and I were driving around in his new vet, he let me take it out just around the neighborhood, he came along of course. Not but 2 minutes from our house and apperently hers aswell (it was in the area) she slams into the rear at about 15mph. Not missing a beat on her cell phone as she gets out to talk... My cousin was so discusted he grabbed her phone and smashed it against her car.... She had a baby seat in the car but no baby... and she had the nerve to start yelling at my cousin... we got everything setteled, exchanged info, we called the cops in the for the report, and she wanted to report that we assualted her after the accident (which I guess is true) but the officer I guess loved vets, said it looks like it was part of the accident.

As true as statements get.

We just had one run down two kids on the sidewalk while she was talking on the phone.  Right before slamming into a parked car.

Whenever I get stuck in a fast food drive-thru line behind a woman in a  m***van I know I'm in for a long wait.  The woman invariably uses hand gestures while ordering through the microphone.  She also asks lots of questions, like 'what's on a bacon cheeseburger?'.  She's ordering for the whole clan, so it takes frickin forever while she loads up all the bags of food, checking each one to make sure they got her order right.

I won't even go into driving behind m***vans doing 60mph in the left lane.

we're talking about 'soccer' moms.. a whole different sub-race that should be avoided on the roads

or how about just grouping cell-phone-drivers that are distracted by kids, dogs and soccer balls

drivers using cell phones in a moving vehicle should be banned -period

guess it'll take a movie star or politicians kid killed because of this distraction before a law is passed

nothing is that dang important it can't wait until you stop.
