Ok, looked into GSX-Rs.
Suzuki list price for a GSX-R600 K3 is 6,299 GBP (and there's no sterling sign on this cheap bellybutton work keyboard). No-one's doing deals on them, not surprising. A few dealers have K2s left but only in blue and white and the price wont go below 5,897 cos that's apparently 3 pounds more than Suzuki wholesale them at. Hmmmm.
So the saving on a K2 is only 400 quid and they only come in crappy colours. One dealer has a 3 month old preowned black and yellow K2 but wants the same as for a new reg.
However.......the K2 is a sweet bike and has fuel injection, which the 02 R6 doesnt have........
And what's more all the 02 R6s on offer are red and white........and the 02 R6 red/white was a really horrible more - red - than - white scheme that I dont like much.
The only other possible winner here is a 3 year old R6 in blue and white with 12,000 miles on the clock for 4,200.
Now, can anyone explain what Senna means by R6s being better in the wet? I wasnt aware of any talk of GSX-Rs having a problem in the rain?
