Towd, it's not about agreeing or disagreeing with us. It's about being able voice your opinions with at least a modicum of social skill. What is the point of me trying to discuss something with you when you're essentially calling me a liar? If you were to question whether the system had a bug in it or was not working as advertised, that'd be fine. Instead, you choose to make it a personal attack on my credibility. Those who don't take a confrontational stance against us you label as bellybutton kissers.
You think we don't care about our customers because you choose to push us into confrontation? On the contrary, we care very much about our customers, so much that we won't just put up with anything as long as a person's paying us. We feel that some people should not play this game as they are more of a detriment to other people having fun than they are an asset to us i.e. one customer can drive away many. This community is like a tree, for good growth and health, pruning is necessary. So if you want to be one of the diseased branches, don't expect us to try and woo you for your business. We don't want it.
I see only two possible outcomes. You either learn to voice your opinions and input in a constructive manner or you retire from the game. I prefer the former but can only control the latter.
