Here's a shot of a P51 escort during the Ploesti scenario, shown to illustrate another example of the AW custom skin capability.

Zipper,

above the submit reply button is a 'browse' button, use that to locate your image.

you won't need the IMG tag at all.

btw you won't find the browse button on an edited message, it's only there for the brand new messages.

AW also allowed "skins" for water and land textures. Here's an arena shot of me in a Bf109 closing for solution on a Corsair, to show one of my favorite water textures.

Air Warrior 4 Screenshots - Fw190a8
« Reply #49 on: February 03, 2003, 02:46:15 AM »
Here's a screenshot of what would have been the FW190a8 in Air Warrior 4 if it hadn't been shelved.  It was to use the K3D engine, the same one that powered Multiplayer Battletech 3025.  It was a fantastic 3D engine as anyone that played MPBT 3025 would attest to.  And the flight model that was going to be in AW4 was on par with AH's.  Oh well, at least we've got these screenshots.

Man Iron....what a trip!

Amiga flyer here as well...500 first then the badboy 3000:)

Those were great years where all was new and exciting.

Now if we can just  get HT busy on the next gen of online flight simmin thingies, I can keep this up for another 10 years or so:)

Sounds like they are on it Rude. Anxiously awaiting Aces High II.

Yeah, still look at those old games every couple of years or so. Hard to believe they were so enthralling. Hoping I feel the same way about the sims of today 10 years from now.
