I believe the community has reached an undeniable consensus that the single most missed fighter in AH up to date, is the Ki-84.
I have no idea whatsoever how much research and time it takes to model in a new plane/vehicle to your standards, and I can only imagine that such work, while at the same time working on such innovative new features as foretold for AH2, is a hard, painstaking process.
However, while it is totally understandable that you have decided for no more additional planes/vehicles until AH2, I plee to you that please reconsider about the Ki-84.
Normally, it would be folly to ask a plane or vehicle of ones personal preference in such dire fashion
, however, while the rest of the planes mentioned by the community is of filling out small holes and gaps in rich and plentiful planeset, the Ki-84 is perhaps the single most important fighter for the Japanese plane set that is currently missing, and the single largest "missing piece" in a great air combat simulation game we know and love as Aces High.

Please, I do not ask for any other plane nor vehicle. I ask you to bring just this one, single plane - Ki-84 - to Aces High before we see AH2.
From the aspect of efficiency, it might be silly to see people asking for a plane in AH, while it should be remodelled to newer, better standards in AH2 so soon. However, the announcement of no new additions until AH2 has disappointed a considerable many people who have been so long and faithfully awaited for the arrival of the Ki-84.
Please reconsider, and make an exception of just one plane, the Ki-84!

The arrival of the new Ki-84 will make so many people happy, that the rate of sucidal piloting will fall down drastically!
