I take no comfort from simple fact. It's neutral. It just is.

People are responsible but I can see where someone might take comfort from being able to blame all his/her troubles on something that isn't there. Like the "devil" or "society"...... reminds me of Flip Wilson's "the devil made me do it" skits.

I don't remember for retribution but rather for reference. Big difference.

Well, an opinion to which you are certainly entitled.

However, I've always felt that the first one to resort vulgarity was the loser. Not to mention bereft of originality.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

The reason Animal is a Micheal Jackson apologist is because Animal makes money lip-synching MJ songs while he moonwalks
across the stage to the delight of white American cruise ship tourists visiting Puerto Rico...he's only a few more weeks away from saving enough money for a Michael Jackson nose job... then it's Las Vagas and the Celebrity Look Alike circuit.

You go, Animal!! :D

I watched it, and I think I had the same reaction as the interviewer....shock, disbeleif...and the overall amazement that Jackson doesn't "get it" in regards to his sleepovers with children.

The guy is weird...he isn't the King of Pop...its like he's trying to relive his youth...

Dunno...I went from feeling bad for him, to just taken aback when he mentioned he wanted more kids, 2 from every country, etc etc...

Weird Man....weird

Michael Jackson is a great man.
He proved that in america, you really can become whatever you want to be.

He showed us that a poor black boy can grow up to become a rich white woman.

Toad: Oh... it's the fault of SOCIETY.
Ah, thanks for clearing that up.

Of course it is. We stopped natural selection with our liberal policies and laws.

Anyway, what's wrong with MJ? Parents who allow their chldren to be abused het exactly what they deserve - yhey have their children abused. Punishment is an inherent part of the misbehavior in this case.

Is that your attiture towards all pedophiles? Or just black, rich and famous pedophiles?

You have any proof that his interest in children is sexual? You should immediately present it in US court so that we can nail that sick bastard!

That's exactly how I felt. And at the end of it all, I felt very ambivalent about the whole thing.

I just can't understand how parents would let their young kids share a bed with Michael Jackson... or any 44 year old man, for that matter. It beggars belief.

Animals initial assessment.
"Disguisting freak and sad mutation produced by a rotten society.
"
I aggree with this 100%. if you add a roten upbringing.
How can you remove the effect of an adoring public on his developing personality?
He has done what he has done to himself and others because he has been tought and conditioned to do so.
Certainly by his parents. By his circle of sycophants. And by the public.
It seems clear to me. It doesnt excuse his behavior as an adult. But you simply cannot dismiss the effect of all the experiances in his life on his success.
He got a nose job and was back on the charts..another nose job and even more success. Easy to lose track of the fact it was his music that got him famous again...he cant write good songs at will..but he can get nose jobs at will.
Being so rediculous that adults cring in his company he seeks the company of children.
All we know is he is a freak and he has had a life that I wouldnt trade for.
Do we know he is a pedophile?
