There may be more burners of the US flag around the world, who may even gain some media coverage, but also more people around the world who will respect the strength and leadership of the United States. I dont think there's anything we could do to make those flag burners happy, except to cease to exist.

hey, starting 11 years ago, and intensifying 7 months ago, the United States and its coalition partners gave Saddam every last chance, and we also gave the opponents of *any* military action against Saddam every last chance, and the one chose to play games and the others chose to wear blinders. Why should anyone take your comments about Syria and saudi arabia seriously? Lets say we do "deal with" Syria, would any of the left wing complaints change, would the anti-US protests stop, would you or the other BBS libs support it?

I think you are at a loss as to how to deal with Saddam and so, in typical liberal position, you just criticize the USA for not attacking other countries and somehow see this a viable argument.

Be serious here for a moment, how are we to take your criticizm of the suppesdly immoral invasion of one country when your counter propsal is to invade two countries.
