Didn't intend for this to be a gun thread. That was just the example I used.

I think I have been challenged on many levels on this board and I find it all very stimulating.

Intellectually - More than once I had to delve into some research to back up my position or to refute another. Great learning experience.

Socially - Dealing with abuse or ridicule in the best possible way, the BBS is a great place to see it done or practice doing it.

Current Events - Actually a pretty accurate place to get the news. If it's BS someone will call it. If it ain't ..... well someone will call it anyway.

Overall though, pretty accurate reporting.

If u kill one it takes some time there will be a new one.

Yes i eat meat and try to get biological when ever possible.
To bad that is a bit more expensive.

I just respect animals.

So shooting them for sports is out of the question for me.

And industrializing wildlife sound totally weird to me.

Has anything here changed my mind? I can't recall anything specific, but I'm almost sure of it.

One thing I know for sure is that I've learned a lot more about many issues, and have been given much broader perspective on many issues that I otherwise would have reacted to in kneejerk fashion and filed away.

The far left, moderately left and even centrist is waaaay outnumbered on this forum (it's far from accurately reflecting the demographic of the US or anywhere else - even remotely) and gets punked on a daily basis... so that has to be taken into consideration. But we play war games, so whaddya exepect. Other than that, this place is ok.

cows do.
I won't be suprised if it take about 5 years to grow up a baby whale.

Think of elephants they where almost eliminated to.
They don't breed that fast (hopes now ur simple brain can take this info)

Now if u where an Eskimo, Aboriginal or a Pygmee i would understand easily.

We are just civilized human wich stands far from nature unlike them mentioned above.

I wouldn't be suprised if you had no idea how long it really took. Educate yourself on the subject of your protest at least.
