Microsoft was in court... blah blah blah.... did they lose?

Your rediculous words equate to this: If you go to court as a defendent/respondent you are guilty.

Am I the only one in here who realizes how assinine this is?

Use ones that make sense. You know damned well you were insinuating that the parties mentioned were guilty because they were in court. How about I sue you for a million dollars? If you want, I'll settle out of court to save you from being guilty... say 50%?

Really... it's not about liberal or conservative media... If CC was a liberal company (yeah, I know... oxymoron), but if it was this would still upset my democratic sensibilities.

The organization that controls the media, controls the voters and in turn, controls the governent and the country. I really believe that diversification of the media is the key to a truly democratic society.

Hehehe, Who's the coward now? It's amazing, those guys, with responsability to "educate/entertain" the masses are great at generating hatreated with biazed discussion, and would do everything to keep it this way.
