Check stats for lazs, not lazs2. His lazs BBS account got porked when the BBS crashed a year or so ago. Shooting him down will be a tad more difficult than you think.

What has been missing in this thread is the general trend of battles whenever Nits are involved.
This started out as a general criticism and advice to all Nits as to how to adopt winning ways because they are always outnumbered. The original had a few whines couched in advice to reverse fortunes of the Nits.
From what I have seen it is not always a question of the Nits being outnumbered as the main reason for them losing. It is a lack of flexibility that accounts for a lot of it. Many times I have logged on to see Rook bases swarmed by Nits, and meanwhile the Bish who HAVE been outnumbered, quietly raid and take back what they lost :) Hell, they do it to both Nits and Rooks at the same time. Rooks continue in the pitched battle with the Nits, and the Nits nearly always come out on the short end. Now, that doesn't mean the Rooks always win resets :) In fact, it seems we lose more than we win but, we have a lot of fun going after it, and fighting two sides at once. Rooks will break off and fight the other guy if they get to be too much of a threat; Nits seem to doggedly go after the Rooks. It makes it easy for a group of 5 or 6 Rooks to tie down 15 or 20 Nits, while we take 3 or 4 other bases in another area of the map.
Porking everything isn't the answer, it is only annoying. I have driven a gooney to resupply 6 or 7 consecutive times just to piss off Nit nmez who will keep going after a base they porked, only to find it resupplied as soon as they land or re-up from dien :)
Winning is different for everyone, and means different things to folks. Fun for me is winning, and vice versa.
Hell, find a group of like minded pilits in the MA and wreak havoc on Rooks or Bish but, don't tear at countrymen who don't feel like joining in the battle. There are worse types in the game; like the kind who will jump from their own country to the winning country just so they can get in on the perk points:rolleyes:
We have had several fellow AH pilits pass away over the past year. They flew for their enjoyment, and now they can't. Enjoy the game, the battles and the fights, and savor every minute of them...because you can

whaaaat?  does this mean you aren't gonna hunt down mean ol lazs?    darn.   was looking forward to getting a good beating from such an esteeemed building battler.   Oh well.... guess you will just have to settle for braying at me with your annoying little generals voice... maybe you could "MISSUN AT A5 ALL KNITS MUST BE THERE OR SUFFER MY WRATH"...... in all caps all the time... that annoys me...

failing that... you could just wait to see me at a con in person and then tell me again what you think of me and my mom tough guy.

I don't know many things.  One thing I do know is this.  If Apache and Lazs are online in the MA, finding them means finding a pretty damned fun fight.  They have a nose for the good fights, and it's always a fun time to fly along side them.
