Anyone here ever killed a guy?

just for a moment, I stood there in silence
shocked by this foul, evil deed I had done
many thoughts raced thru my mind as I stood there
I had but one chance, and that was to run.

Out through the back door of Rose's I ran
Out where the horses were tied
I caught a good one, it looked like it could run
Up on his back and away I did ride

This guy was selling coke...he had about a half a key on him..well our "friend" thougth it would be a good idea to shoot him in the head and dump his body in a vineyard in Napa...

God..what a cuddlinghunk h ewas...

he came to the pool hall a week later..."scared white..and he was a very Dark black man..

He was saying..Man..the police think i did it...shaking as he said it..we were all..dam man..you dont have to worry if you didnt do it..

We were scared then..First time i ever meet a murderer that i knew of...

Hes in jail...

lots more to story but..thats as close i beleive to killing someone that I know of..

Hehehe did ya have a "talk" with him later?

Seriously, this was my best friend. He retired before I did but didn't make it past much more than a year. The last time I wore the uniform was at his funeral. I did all the liason work with the dept. while I was recovering from my motorcycle crunch. Sure miss that big dude.

Syz,

I understand what you're saying and I agree. I just had a lil flash back when I saw the title. I agree that the posts are pretty good. I hope they continue, as long as they are fictional. ;) :p

Mine wasn't but I kinda wish it was.

lol, no I didn't have a "talk" with him. He was a senior deputy and I was just out of the academy. He was only 5'7", I had 5 inches on him and I was scared to death of him :). He was nuts!

Now, she and her man, who called himself Dan
Were in the next room at the hoedown.
Rocky burst in, and grinning a grin, he said,
"Danny boy, this is a showdown."
But Daniel was hot. He drew first and shot,
And Rocky collapsed in the corner. Ah..

I'll never forget my Fathers dying words: "Son, Is that thing loaded?"
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

When I go I want to go like my Dad did- quietly and in my sleep instead of screaming in terror like the passengers in his car were.
