I think I had a taste of HTC's customer service twice for that very reason. And my experience has been the best I had in any company, too.

Thks  :)

No better way that I can think of to keep this level of service coming than to have them see it here in print for all to see. I too have had very prompt and helpful answers to my communications with them. HiTech and the whole crew.

Thank you all so much for the compliments. It's good to know that, after 4 years, many of you are still happy with the level of service that you receive.

One thing that HTC strives for is to provide a level of customer service that would set us apart from other corporations. So far, so good. :)

So, thanks again. The compliments and kind words are definitely appreciated.

Regards,

JoAnn

yeah, wonderful customer service from HTC.  :)  Yankee, Ronni and Skuzzy are always swift with replies to legitimate questions and concerns.  They had me fixed up pretty fast with whatever issue I had happen way back when with my account.  Forgot what happened, exactly, but one of the girls took care of it pronto.

Though, how 'bout them Yankees in May, Yankee???  :D   Gotta love that 8-16 record!  :D  5 in a row now, right?  At home?   It's almost enough to get me interested in pro baseball again!

I'll see the rest of you in a few weeks when she unblocks my account.  ;)

Ditto here.
In nearly three years of Aces High, I've had to ring HTC a couple of times with CC probs, forgotten passwords etc.
Every time the phone was answered promptly, I was never once put on hold, and every time my problem has been solved quickly and in a friendly, proffessional manner.
WTG HTC, there just isnt anyone else that does it as well. Thankyou.

It's funny how a "no brainer" like good service is overlooked or just plain put on the back burner by online games, or companies in general for that matter.

Simple things like billing, card changes, squad functions ie: join, meet, find are an afterthought.

This company takes it to the next level. Personalized service. It gets handled. And in BNM's case by going the extra mile.

I'm in the service end of a repair business. It's the way we handle it also. People don't forget, a loyality to the company is the result. The comment is "They take care of you"

It just good business. Something not found everyday. Which amazes me because the benifits far out weigh the additional effort needed to provide "good" service.

The additional effort is not wasted, it's remembered. "How bout Aces High, what you think ??" One thing I remembered when I was still over the hill and that question was asked was "Good service" always was in the answer.

Taint cheese on top of there necks..
