Problem:
When I used VOX in AH I would blue screen on exit from AH. Some times when i did not use VOX but receive VOX chatter from other players the same would happen.
Fix:
During VOX setup you have an option.
----Checking Use Wave In allows you to use the Windows API instead of DirectX for recording. ---
I disabled this and am using directX for recording. Played 4 hours no blue screen using VOX the whole time. Also windows hot keyed several times out of the game to check the time and no blue screen.
Just a consideration, some of the problems here with AH the user might try disabling "Wave IN" to see if they go away. The API hook from the game may be cuaseing problems between AH and the OS.
