Customer feedback is important, Jackal.

In any business, it's the clients that you do not hear from that one must worry about, as those are the one's you're most likely going to lose.

Those interested enough to keep posting suggestions/Feedback are passionate about your product and are interested enough to remain involved.

Regardless of the flames, this is a pretty tight knit community, and Dale and Company is the leader of the community. HTC's customer support makes every player feel like they are almost part of the company. Therefore, we do express genuine concern, as what affects Dale and HTC affects the community, and by proxy, us.

oh, and dale talked with us a little about the lawsuit at the convention.  He did not seem worried beyond normal concern whenever a person is handed a lawsuit.  I dont want to go into any more detail than that about what he said, as it is not my place, and I dont really understand any of it.

Ironic isn't it? The thread started to focus on patent infringement is the only one that has nothing to do with patent infringement.

Perk the LA-7

There. That should hold the thread for a while lol.

I think Wild Bill/iEN have a thundering cheek, given how WB3 was a blatant rip-off of AH. As soon as I saw WB3, the interface reminded me of what AH had been in 1999. Even the message text buffer had been modified to be like that of AH. The inclusion of vehicles was copied from AH. Even the flat rate pricing policy was introduced to copy AH.

Now you know this won't be a complete thread until Lazs somehow ties all this legal stuff in to airfields being too far apart :)
