Pyro AH2 FAQ update?

Unless you going to release AHII this week, then don't bother I know your busy. ;)

I started back to work this week so I need something to make me smile.  How is that new P-38 version coming along? ;)

Updating the FAQ seems like it'd be a lot of work - its been neglected since, when, then end of January?   That's a lot of questions and posts to sift through.

What I'd love is a short and simple paragraph every week that makes me feel like I'm in on the development of AH2:

"Folks, this week we played around with CD numbers in the flight model.  Low speed testing shows the N1K and and Spit will behave much more realistically near the edge of their flight envelope.    Artwise,   the new plane skins are all done and the artists have started on cockpit artwork.    These are going to be tedious, but we'll post screenshots as they are completed.   We are still on target for an end of September release, but that could still be affected by a number of factors.   We'll keep you posted."

Just seems to me like the benefit to the community would far outweigh the time invested in regular, informal updates...

well they have done a good job of hiding their updates in messages, wish they could just make a quick note to us.  Just some thing like "we are working on it, now leave us alone and send us your checks."

Regular updates would go a long way toward keeping AH burnouts like me interested enough to stay around to see what AH2 has to offer.

I like that idea Oboe, and now that you mention it, I always get renewed vigor for playing whenever there's an update on the progress of AH2.

Once a week, maybe once every two weeks would be more than sufficient IMHO.

Right now IMO it's as if there's no connection to the community. Sure there's been posts from HT but 90% of the time I have no idea what he's talking about due to the technical nature (rockets weather vaning into the wind et al)

I'd like to see more screenshots (HT I think did this) and/or development updates, something along the lines of what Pyro did sometime back.

I'm sure most people would appreciate this as well, especially this close to the release of AH classic if that's what even being released in this 3rd quarter.

I know some people are gonna start the ole' "Well if they release some news now, you'll all just want more."  This really wasn't the case after the convention movies and pictures, because everyone was "OmfG tihs game is gona r0x0r" for another month.  :D
