You have a point there, HiTech is not a billionaire, but after meeting and speaking with HiTech at this years con, my impression would be that he is not the type to bend to these types of demands and if he lost 30 * $14.95 because he and HTC have not been as forthcoming with news as some would want, he would not lose any sleep over it, nor would their bank accounts suffer.
Like I said before, those types really aren't the one that you really want to keep. Nothing but problems.
Also, if you went to the con, HiTech was available the whole time for any and all questions presented. Alot were asked and all were answered.
