Yeah they do that necrotisingeatyaflecheeseis thing. Basically it kills the flesh in the infected area. I know someone who had to get a skin graft cos of a whitetail bite.

Two years ago I was hosptalised with severe asthma (after not having it for near on 20 years) and extremely hypoxic. We're pretty sure it was too a whitetail bite, but I didn't get the dead-flesh stuff. The food was so bad I got discharged early by hyperventilating just before the nurse came to do my O2/blood tests

I kill all spiders now. I never EVER want to go back to hospital food.

Yes.  There's a brick wall 50ft long in some little fishing village in Kent that is home to the only British scorpion....er.....pack?  It's thought they were brough ashore by some ship in the 1800s.  They're about the size of a finger nail on a pinky and no threat to humans.  And incidentally, the exact same shade of red that the brick wall is.

You aussies should carry a good revolver in 44 mag or 45 with a good home brew snake load.  I like a paper wad over powder with number 6-9 shot capped off with a round lead ball.   Instant on shot stops on snakes.   Even speer shot caps work well on large rattlesnakes.   So get out that old large frame revolver and... oops.... nevermind.

Fair enough....I don't think that I am "obsessed".   I think that I am taking light hearted jabs at those who are seething under the womanly gun control laws that have been passed in their country..   It was directed at aussies not english.    The Aussies have a history of gun ownership and independence and individualism.   Dowding and his ilk are the enemies of all those things and I believe that, rather than me being obsessed, it is he that is throwing one of his womanly hissy fits.

I know that 99% of the british (especially on this board) wouldn't be worth kidding so far as guns are concerned.. they are way too far gone.... Just figured the aussies might have a little spunk left in em.   17% percent homsexual or not.
