My frame rate went from 45-60 down to about 8-12 at the lowest settings.  My computer cant handle all these graphics i suppose.  Looks like there goes another game to technology.  first WW2OL now this.

"We're only interested in the tower frame-rates for now. We'll address flying
frame-rates in future beta releases. "

RazrWire,

1st, they are right when they say technology moves on. I'm wondering what kind of a pc you have? Maybe you just need a video card upgrade?

2nd, You should note that WWII Online recently optimized their code to help correct the stutter/frame rate problems they had. They made enormous progress, especially with Pentium 4's.

3rd, This is really a beta release. You just can't judge the fps while they are testing, and looking for input. Wait until they make their final adjustments to pass judgement on the frame rate problem.

Thats one of the things about computers technology is always moving forward, it never stands still; perhaps you'd happier with a console toy? I hear those purple boxes of crap are coming down for Christmas.

Why don't you up your refresh rate?
Even crap monitors should be able to push past 75.
