No disrespect to the AKs—but let's be honest, they're notoriously known as one of the least strategically impactful squadrons in Aces High history. They put up a big red cloud, sure—but when the dust and smoke settle, it's rare to see them take a base or even make it back to land the sortie when flying as a group.

Now, don't get me wrong—AKs offer great wingmanship. Every single one of them is a pleasure to talk to. Nothing but respect on a personal level. But for the sheer number of AKs on the roster, all I ever seem to get in return... is high ENY.

Isn't that a damn shame?

They mainly focus on stirring up fights and they are good at that. Many great furballs have been started by them. Most people who fly fighters DGAF about winning the war. They have a fair number of good fighter sticks on their roster. They are fun to fight. Someone not playing the way you think they should doesn't equal "a damn shame". You and GoldnBB would be good friends.

Grandma told me that if you don't have something nice to say to someone, don't say nothing at all. The Lord knows it's hard to do sometimes. No one will fault a guy of just being friendly and respectful.

But that being said, I think we all like the confrontation in a strange sort of way. If we didn't, we'd all be playing offline with AI.
We're all just knuckleheads and like being onery  I like watching it but just don't want to be in the middle of it.   
 
And I'll tell you what else this legal weed made me think of. What if the dude you hate so much was actually your brother living down there by Sweetwater? What would y'alls momma think? She wouldn't be too damn proud I reckon.

The million dollar words here.

With custom stuff comes bugs and whatnot. It's why AvA terrains were not allowed in the SEA. It's why SEA's custom object terrains years back were not allowed in the MA. There used to be some immaculate custom airfields and tank combat zones etc. but it was all event-only.

When you have a product you cannot let others' work hinder the image of your product, even if by accident.

Hardly.  I would have placed that trophy in a permanent glass case in my hallway many years ago, without worrying about having to remove it.

I almost wish the internet would go off for a month, just to prove to people that putting all your eggs in this basket is a fatal mistake. But like everyone else, we think it won't happen to us.

This is why I don't have a Black Mamba sitting over here by the fish tank.  I love em' but would rather watch someone else miss with them.

I wonder if he could extend trial periods to 30 days; In addition, market an annual return to AH for all the vets (refresh their timers so they can all come back and try the game for free).

Also, it would be nice if Hitech had some kind of "Letter from the Producer/Developer" that would answer some of these questions so we can just move on. If these options are or are NOT viable then list them so we can quit these redundant post regarding game changes.

I appreciate that it seems like he is the only one managing the game so I can't imagine it's easy to make significant changes and the remaining subscriptions are keeping the lights on, so I imagine its stressful making any potential changes.

Is there an award for being killed the most?  That should be a very competitive trophy.
